KOLITY WARRANTY POLICY

(Applies to Singapore residential installations only)

1. Lifetime Coverage for Manufacturing Defects

Kolity hinges, drawer slides, and mechanical systems are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. No registration or receipt is required for eligible claims.

 

2. Free Onsite Support (2 years)

We offer free onsite service for any valid warranty issues, carried out by Kolity’s in-house technicians anywhere in Singapore.​

Leave us a Google review and we’ll extend your free onsite support to 5 years — on us.

3. No Receipts Required

If Kolity hardware was installed by a registered interior firm or approved contractor, warranty coverage is automatically verified based on the home address and project records.

 

4. Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Loose or misaligned cabinet hinges

• Drawer slides that jam or break

• Soft-close or push-to-open mechanisms that fail under normal use

• Manufacturing defects leading to early product failure

 

5. Warranty Exclusions:

• General wear and tear (e.g., minor rust, scratches, fading)

• Improper installation or user abuse (e.g., forceful slamming, excessive load)

• Damage due to environmental conditions (e.g., fire, flood, pest infestation)

• Rust on non-stainless finishes (e.g., chrome-plated parts) unless otherwise specified

 

6. Product Replacement

If the original item is discontinued, Kolity will provide a comparable or upgraded product at no cost.

 

Replacement may be done via one-for-one exchange at our warehouse or through onsite service by appointment.

 

7. Transferable Warranty

This warranty is linked to the property, not the individual owner. It remains valid during property resale or handover, offering continued coverage for the next occupant.
